I have found a work around, but not a solution. Fixing offenders is easy, tracking them down is hard. Can you please comment here if you find a link that "deletes" the top bar and I will go and apply the work around.

Button requests from inside the HTMX window are sending there normal form requests as HTMX ones...
This seems to be the root of the problem... will look into it more deeply later.

Think I fixed it, I will reopen if I find new instances. HX-Redirect, or similar solves the issue.
