Give To not working with everyone in the party for some reason. |

Not a bug... looked into it and it is to do with when I updated character creation.
Set_Up need to be 5 now instead of 4. So legacy characters are not showing up in the give to list... I could fix this easily but I think I will just not do that as characters will update when they login again. Closing this one.
